The motor drives a triangular belt, causing the scraper installed on the shaft to rotate at high speed. As broken or raw fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the pulp retaining disc evenly distributes the material between the scraper and the screen. Due to the rotary action of the scraper and its lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to reach spiral movement towards exit end. The centrifugal force crushes material as it moves between scraper and screen; juice and pulp pass through screen holes for further processing (double beating for repeated linkage), while skin and seed cores are discharged from slag hopper, achieving automatic separation. By changing screen specifications, adjusting lead angle of scraper, and modifying beating speed according to different raw materials, satisfactory results can be obtained
