The belt blanching machine has been specifically designed for the continuous blanching of various vegetables, fruits and seafood products including potato slices,sweet corn kernels ,lettuce,broccoli ,spinach ,green beans,and peanuts . The heating method can be customized as steam blanching or electric/gas heating blanching.Blanching time temperature can be adjusted using frequency control.It features fast blanching,inhibition of enzymes,color protection,timely dehydration,and cooling to preserve the original natural colors of vegetables fruits.
