Revised sentence: Our company recently received a request from a customer in Africa for a complete production line to transform fresh fruit into dried fruit. To meet their needs, our design team developed a dry fruit processing solution that meets all of their requirements.
The processing line includes fruit cleaning, peeling, slicing or dicing, drying, weighing and packaging. It is suitable for processing various types of fresh fruits such as bananas, pineapples, cashews, kiwis and mangoes.
Step 1： Involves washing and peeling the batches of fresh fruit to remove surface impurities and dirt.
Step 2： Transfers the cleaned fresh fruit through the conveyor belt to the peeling machine where it undergoes peeling.
Step 3 ：Involves slicing or dicing the fresh fruit into small pieces which speeds up the drying process.
Step 4 ：We dry out excess water from the flesh while maintaining its original texture using heat pump technology in our fruit dryers.
Step 5 ：We weigh and package dried fruits which determines their appearance and presentation to customers.
