Since the market-oriented reform, China's deep processing industry has witnessed a golden development period. Corn, as a food raw material, has a vast processing market. However, the corn processing industry still adheres to traditional processing methods, and the era of large-scale integration has not yet arrived.
To enhance the production efficiency of the corn industry and increase the added value of products, our company has introduced a corn automatic production line. The main equipment comprises a corn thresher, a blanching machine, a cleaning machine, a dehydrator, and an air dryer.
The corn thresher is capable of separating corn from straw, with the threshing depth being adjustable. It is driven by a specialized motor, controlled by a frequency converter, and shockproof.
The blanching machine can be used for pre-quick-freezing and dehydration treatment of fruits, vegetables, and other products. It is equipped with an automatic temperature control solenoid valve device for steam input, a manual steam input device, and a temperature control detector, which can automatically adjust to maintain the temperature within the adaptive range.
The bubble washer combines three cleaning methods, namely bubble cleaning, cycle surfing, and high-pressure spraying, to rapidly cool the scorched materials. The machine is outfitted with a circulating filtration system and an activated carbon filtration device, enabling water conservation and bacteria elimination in one step.
The vibrating drainer can vibrate and drain the cleaned corn kernels and convey them to the next processing stage.
The hot air dryer utilizes a high-pressure blower to dry the water on the surface of the corn. The ladder design enables the material to tumble and undergo air drying and dehydration more comprehensively for the subsequent processing step.
