Working principle of continuous dehydrator system:
After starting the equipment, the material is fed into the dehydrator running at a low speed through the feed elevator to ensure uniform distribution. The user can set the feed time (i.e. feed amount), and the feed time needs to be adjusted for different materials. For example: after setting 5 seconds, the conveyor belt automatically switches to material storage mode, and the dehydrator switches to high-speed operation.
After the feeding mode ends, the dehydrator dehydrates at full speed. The user can set the dehydration time by himself, for example 30 seconds, after which the dehydrated material will be discharged and the next cycle will start again.
Product features:
(1) The continuous dehydrator adopts an upper and lower two-layer conveyor belt design, and the feeding and storage mode conversion is realized according to the set feeding time to ensure the continuity of the previous process production.
(2) The feeding time is determined by the user, and its length affects the amount of material put into the dehydrator each time. Different materials should have different settings.
(3) The dehydration time should be adjusted according to the material properties and processing requirements.
(4) In order to maintain the freshness of vegetables, it is recommended to complete the dehydration process in a shorter time.
