Mango can be transformed into creative beverages such as mango juice, shakes, and smoothies. It can also be utilized as fresh fruit to enhance the flavor and color of desserts like puddings, jellies, and cakes.
Our new mango beater is capable of achieving automatic separation of pulp, residue, and core. It can either operate independently or be connected to the production line. The beating speed can be adjusted by modifying the size of the screen and the lead angle of the scraper.
There are two models, 0.5T and 2.5T, which are suitable for small processing plants and large production lines. Pour the cleaned mangoes in, and the tray evenly distributes the fruit into the channel between the scraper and the screen.
The fruit travels along the web of cylinders, crushing the plump mangoes under the effect of centrifugal force. The fine slurry flows from the sieve to the outlet, and the fine peels and shriveled pits are discharged through the slag hopper.
