Manual sorting platform: The platform can provide 2/4/8 positions for destemming and pre-cutting vegetables. There is a funnel next to the cutting board to facilitate the collection of the removed garbage.
Salad special washing machine: Pour the processed vegetables into the washing machine, and the water pumps on both sides turn the water into a vortex, causing the vegetables to tumble up and down and left and right repeatedly, effectively removing dirt. If needed, food-grade detergent can be added to the water to enhance the effect.
Spray washer: The top spray device can flush away fine impurities again, and the sprayed water returns to the sink and can be recycled after filtering.
Centrifugal dehydrator: The high-speed rotation shakes out excess water on the surface of the vegetables. The speed and time can be flexibly adjusted to ensure that the vegetables will not be damaged due to excessive speed or time.
Cutter: This equipment can cut various fruits and vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes and carrots into different forms such as slices, dices, shreds or blocks. A variety of models are available for you to choose from, and you can adjust them in time through the touch screen to achieve the desired cutting size at will.
Weighing and packaging: After a series of fine processing, the salad enters the weighing and packaging stage. We are equipped with flow packaging machines, vertical packaging machines, tray sealing and vacuum packaging machines to meet your needs for various packaging methods.
